Yate & District Twinning Association is sad to announce the death of its Chairman, Nigel Ellis, on Saturday, 15th March. Since his election last October, Nigel had been working hard to improve communications with Yate's twinned town of Bad Salzdetfurth and to involve members more. He will be greatly missed by the Association, especially as the Twinning is approaching its 30th anniversary. The funeral will be held at 1pm on Friday, 4th April at St Michael's Church Winterbourne.
